Welcome to Made To Dance. These Terms apply to our website, booking platform, facilities, classes, programs, social experiences, private workshops, studio rentals, events, and other activities.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Made To Dance website, booking platform, facilities, services, classes, programs, social experiences, private workshops, studio rentals, events, and other activities offered by Made To Dance, Inc. ("Made To Dance," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a package, making a booking, or participating in a Made To Dance activity, you agree to these Terms.
Classes, programs, social experiences, private workshops, corporate wellness, events, and other eligible activities may be booked through our official booking platform, Rezerv, or through other channels authorized by Made To Dance.
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon successful completion of the applicable booking and payment requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and current information when registering or booking.
Class packages are subject to the prices, validity periods, inclusions, restrictions, and other conditions indicated at the time of purchase.
Unused credits expire at the end of the applicable package validity period and will not automatically be extended.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, class packages and credits are personal and non-transferable.
The 40-Credit Package may be shared by up to four (4) people, subject to its applicable package terms.
Made To Dance may introduce, discontinue, or modify packages and promotions from time to time. Changes will not reduce credits or benefits already purchased except where reasonably necessary or required by law.
Made To Dance operates primarily as a cashless studio.
Payments may be accepted through Rezerv, card payments, bank transfers, QR payments, or other payment methods authorized by Made To Dance.
Prices are stated in Philippine Pesos unless otherwise indicated.
Customers are responsible for confirming that payment has been successfully completed. A booking or purchase may not be considered confirmed until payment has been received or verified.
Class cancellations or rescheduling must be completed at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled class for the corresponding class credit to be retained.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class and no-shows will result in the applicable class credit being forfeited.
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances, please contact Made To Dance as soon as possible at 0952 400 9192, send an email to info@madetodance.ph, or message @madetodancestudio on Instagram. Any exception or credit reinstatement is subject to review and approval by Management.
Different cancellation policies may apply to private lessons, studio rentals, programs, workshops, events, and other special bookings. Where a specific booking states separate cancellation terms, those terms will apply.
Students are encouraged to arrive approximately 15 minutes before class for check-in and preparation.
A 15-minute grace period applies after the scheduled class start time.
Students arriving within the grace period may join the class, but the teacher is not required to restart or repeat material already covered.
Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may either:
A transferred credit that is not used on the same day will be forfeited.
Late-entry and credit-transfer arrangements must be coordinated through the Front Desk.
Completed classes and purchased class packages are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Requests arising from medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances may be reviewed by Management on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds, where applicable, may be subject to reasonable payment processing or administrative charges to the extent permitted by law.
Made To Dance may reasonably change teachers, schedules, class formats, room assignments, or other operational details when necessary.
Classes, programs, workshops, or events may also be cancelled or rescheduled due to teacher availability, emergencies, severe weather, facility issues, insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If Made To Dance cancels a booked activity, affected customers will generally receive an appropriate credit, rescheduling option, or other remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Dance and other physical activities involve inherent risks.
Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate and for informing their teacher or Made To Dance staff of any injury, medical condition, pregnancy, recent surgery, or physical limitation that may affect their participation.
Participants should work within their own abilities and follow reasonable safety instructions from teachers and staff.
Made To Dance may refuse or discontinue participation when reasonably necessary to protect the health or safety of the participant, other customers, teachers, staff, or the community.
Participation may also be subject to acceptance of the applicable Waiver & Release.
Most regular Made To Dance classes are intended for participants 13 years old and above, unless otherwise stated.
Participants below 18 years old must have any required waiver, consent, or other documentation completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Certain classes, programs, workshops, and events may have different age requirements.
Made To Dance is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment.
Some classes and activities may involve partner dancing, partner rotation, physical contact, or physical guidance from teachers.
Participants are expected to respect the boundaries and consent of others at all times. Participants may communicate their boundaries or decline a particular interaction or activity.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threatening behavior, deliberate unsafe conduct, or behavior that materially disrupts the experience of other members of the community will not be tolerated.
Made To Dance reserves the right to refuse entry, remove a participant from an activity, or suspend access to its services where reasonably necessary to protect the safety, wellbeing, or experience of the community.
Participants must comply with reasonable studio rules and instructions communicated by Made To Dance staff.
Only water is permitted inside the dance studios. Food and other beverages must remain in designated areas.
Shoes worn on the dance floor must be clean and must not be wet, muddy, visibly dirty, or likely to damage the flooring.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, Made To Dance is not responsible for belongings that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged when left unattended.
Students may take personal photos and videos before class, after class, and during designated filming portions of a class, subject to the teacher's instructions and the privacy of other participants.
Recording during teaching portions may be restricted to maintain the learning environment.
Made To Dance may also photograph or record classes, events, and community activities.
Where identifiable images or recordings are intended for Made To Dance's promotional or marketing use, we will respect the participant's applicable Photo & Video Consent preference.
Declining promotional media consent does not prevent a customer from participating in regular Made To Dance activities.
Unless otherwise stated, the Made To Dance name, logo, website content, graphics, photographs, videos, branding materials, class materials, and other original content produced by Made To Dance are owned by or licensed to Made To Dance and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or represent Made To Dance content as their own without prior authorization.
Personal recordings taken during classes are intended primarily for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise approved.
Users agree not to misuse the Made To Dance website, booking platform, or other online services.
Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, interfere with the operation or security of our services, submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person, or use our services for unlawful purposes.
Third-party services, including booking and payment platforms, may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Discounts, promotional codes, introductory offers, complimentary credits, and other promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, validity periods, and conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retroactively.
Made To Dance reserves the right to reject fraudulent or improper use of promotional offers.
Participation in Made To Dance activities may be subject to our Waiver & Release.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Made To Dance will not be liable for losses or damages arising from the ordinary and inherent risks of participating in dance or physical activities, a participant's failure to follow reasonable safety instructions, or circumstances outside Made To Dance's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
Made To Dance collects and processes personal information as necessary to manage registrations, bookings, payments, customer communications, safety, and the operation of our services.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to Made To Dance is accurate and current.
Made To Dance may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, policies, operations, or applicable legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on our website together with its effective or last-updated date.
Material changes affecting existing purchases or bookings will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of Made To Dance's services will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
